Our company was founded in 1997 and since then accumulated wide experience in equipment manufacturing. TechAgroService produces equipment only for grain farms, primarily MAKO series cleaning and calibration machines.

Grain-cleaners – aerodynamic separators
MAKO separators are designed for effective cleaning and calibration of any kind of seed material: cereals, pulses, technical oilseeds and grass plant seeds used both for sowing and food.

Grain-cleaner causes minimum damage to the seeds while the quality of the final product is high. First of all, we use cereals cleaning method (separation) based on air cleaning. Out technical solutions for grain cleaning allow for separation of the heaviest mixtures without damaging the grain.
Our MAKO series machines make it possible to separate healthy grain from hollow or affected grain, wheat from barley, empty seeds from full seeds, corn seeds from sunflower seeds, damaged grain from the whole grain etc. This makes the seed grain virtually flawless. Out equipment provides up to 99% of purification.
In our aerodynamic machines we opted out of the traditional high-pressure radial fan, used in outdated separators like “Sad”, “Almaz” and “Tor”.
Instead we use the impeller – special air current maker, the plug fan. Our machines also include the improved schema with additional second fan, used to stabilize the air current and remove air turbulence.
Air cleaning of the grain is far more effective than vibrating tins or drums in “Petkus” or “BSH” (БСХ) separators widely used in the twentieth century. If we compare the quality of the primary or standard grain cleaning on BSH 100 and MAKO 100 according to specifications, we can see 80% on aerodynamic MAKO vs 20% on vibration BSH.
Application of the equipment produced by TechAgroService is not limited to grain cleaning. MAKO separators can also be used to sort, clean and calibrate any loose materials, while the quality of separation and purification is consistently high.
